  • Greg Hupp, PhD

    Dr. Hupp received his doctorate degree in Behavioral Medicine from the University of North Texas.  He also holds a Master of Science degree from UNT and completed his undergraduate work at the University of Central Texas, graduating with honors.  Dr. Hupp has served as an affiliate professor with Central Texas College, at the University of Central Texas, and Tarleton State University-Central Texas System Center instructing classes ranging from behavioral statistics to human development and industrial/organizational psychology.​

    ​Dr. Hupp has extensive survey research experience through multiple projects at UNT, as the acting manager of the Organization Research Unit for the City of Austin, as an affiliate professor in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, and as an internal business consultant with the State of Texas Health and Human Services Commission.  ​

     Dr. Hupp has designed and implemented projects that include employee satisfaction surveys for large municipalities, citizen satisfaction surveys, and numerous political campaigns for local, state and Federal offices.

  • Trey Newton

    Mr. Newton has extensive experience in public opinion surveys and public policy research for political campaigns, government entities, private sector companies and public policy organizations. With a deep background in Statistical Psychology, Crowd Analytics, Predictive Modeling and Forecast Analysis, Mr. Newton brings unique insight into voter patterns, trend analyses, pre-emergent psychological evaluation and advanced social forecast metrics.

    With 20 years of survey research experience under his belt, Mr. Newton brings a data-driven approach to decision-making, ensuring that campaigns and initiatives are grounded in thorough analysis and insight.  Mr. Newton’s expertise includes polling and/or advising on over 40 successful campaigns for public office, showcases his proficiency in understanding the intricacies of political dynamics and crafting winning strategies. 

    Mr. Newton has worked as a senior staffer in the Texas Legislature, served as Chief of Staff in three State Agencies and has consulted on numerous local, county and statewide political campaigns. 

  • Alex Newton

    As a skilled Data Analyst, Newton specializes in transforming complex data into actionable insights, leveraging advanced analytical techniques and tools. With certifications in Business Intelligence Analytics and Data Science from IBM, Newton brings expertise in statistical modeling, data visualization, and process optimization to drive strategic decision-making and business growth.

    Mr. Newton holds a Bachelor of Science in Astrophysics and Mathematics from Baylor University and a Master of Science in Physics from Texas Tech University.

  • Jay Joyner

    Mr. Jay Joyner is a highly skilled Software Engineer specializing in Building Automation, with over two years of experience at Computrols, a leading provider of state-of-the-art building automation systems across North America. During his time with the company, he has contributed to numerous projects for a diverse range of clients, developing innovative solutions in areas such as HVAC control, lighting control, access control, and fire alarm systems, all managed through Computrols Building Automation Software (CBAS). 

    A graduate of Baylor University, Mr. Joyner holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Astrophysics with a minor in Mathematics. His strong analytical skills and technical expertise enable him to tackle complex challenges and develop cutting-edge software solutions that optimize building systems and operations.
